《冷月剑无言》是新加坡传媒卫视8频道于1987年拍摄的超经典武侠剧，改编自古龙的作品《欢乐英雄》。引进内地播放时一共分为四部，分别是《毒龙英雄》、《铸剑惊鸿》、《蛊毒情》、《利剑难断》。为助力北京冬奥会，响应“三亿人上冰雪”号召，张艺谋导演将在全国范围内遴选出才貌双全的年轻人，一同进行一场关于艺术的试验与青春对话，通过为期3个月的寻访与体验，经过6次残酷的面试与考核，最终只有寥寥几位青春少年能够脱颖而出，登上大剧院的终演舞台，与张艺谋导演一起成为一场艺术观念演出的实践者。从平凡到超凡，这些青春少年将以一场公演作为自己的青春誓言，与自己来一场艺术相遇，遇到青春最美的自己。。Inspired by W.G. Sebald’s book and based on WWII archive footage, the film puts forward the question: is it morally acceptable to use civilian population as a means of war? Is it possible to justify mass destruction for the sake of higher “moral” ideals? The question remains as relevant today, as it was 80 years ago, and its urgency is tragically manifested in the current event...。
