这时，一个自称火凤凰的神秘女郎出现了，她一再向青虎挑战，先是破坏青虎的非法交易，继而又出现在青虎新设的豪华赌场，以精妙赌技赢得巨款后捐给孤儿院。青虎众叛亲离，且无法偿还败战赌债，遂与火凤凰发生火拼。而火凤凰亦在枪林弹雨中香消玉殒。这时警方才发现火凤凰原来是为父复仇的……。
