《友灵造办》是立足于《万物友灵》定制的番外衍生，沿用了《万物友灵》的部分演员及剧中身份，是一档剧情类的文化节目。。教授陈光甫丧妻后，迎娶家中保姆张亚琴这一行为引起女儿陈希激烈反对，父女俩由此反目一直到陈病逝。陈死后留下两份互相矛盾遗嘱。由此导致陈希与张亚琴对簿公堂最终法院宣布张亚琴拥有陈家小院永久居住权。
陈希与男友孙远出现感情危机，陈希搬回陈家小院不得不去面对张亚琴，张亚琴大度地接纳了陈希，陈希反倒有些尴尬。
