本片改编自推理小说家知念实希人的同名小说，背景设定在被铁栅栏封闭的原精神科医院，讲述在监狱里发生了监禁64名身份不明的住院患者和职员的事件，被牵连的速水(坂口饰)在医院内接连遇到不可思议的事情，并试图逃出的故事。。Two places are in focus in this soap.
