《姐姐解解压》为《乘风破浪的姐姐第二季》会员定制节目，在《姐姐2》录制空隙，向姐姐团发出邀请函，每期邀请姐姐来到主题餐厅。通过“姐姐回应”表明态度，通过“互动游戏”释放压力，通过“美食治愈”补充能量值。。节目以4位嘉宾的自驾体验为主线，以母亲河黄河作为自驾的起点和终点，围绕汽车自驾游生活方式和宁夏绚丽风光及丰富物产两大主题展开，将走进稻渔空间、贺兰山、水洞沟、西夏陵、镇北堡西部影城、宁夏观光夜市等地，以及沙坡头、沙湖、六盘山等景区景点，根据景区的地理地貌特点进行游戏和任务的安排，深入农户人家，体验西北风情 。。« Le Mirage » is the perspective of a man in his thirties asking himself "what am I chasing?"
