大学生郑义的梦想是成为特技自行车高手，并夺取大赛冠军。他为了攒钱买赛车勤工俭学送外卖，天天骑着自行车穿梭于城市之中，跟着他的还有从小的伙伴猎鹰“随风”。郑义的爷爷是雷锋的战友，郑义从小受到爷爷的影响，是一个热心的小伙子，碰上什么事都会伸出援手，出一把力。
