Coming from rural Thailand, Mon moves to Bangkok to start university. On his first day in the big city, he meets Sow, a local musician, who shows him around. During a drunk night, Sow kisses Mon. Mon, confused, leaves. However, Mon quickly finds out Sow is also a freshman in his same faculty! Sow learns of Mon's love for basketball and decides to join the same team with him. In...。本作は『スーパーロボット大戦』の名を冠する初のアニメーション作品である。ただし、タイトル通り版権作品の登場しない『OG』シリーズの枠の中でのリリースとなっている。『OG2』終了後の物語であり、そこで起きた「バルトール事件」をアニメ化したオリジナルストーリー。 制作会社は、TVアニメ『スーパーロボット大戦OG -ディバイン・ウォーズ-』のOLMではなくブレインズ・ベース。 ドラマCDは、OVAに登場しないキャラの物語に加え、OVA前日談とおちゃらけた後日談となっている。また、本編での説明不足の部分はかなり補足されている。。
