应届毕业生马志得到了一份工作，却在入职前意外被无所事事的大龄混混老刘碰瓷。为了让马志拿到工资以赔偿自己，老刘作为马志求职路上的保镖，陪伴马志展开了一场充满波折的入职之旅。
