《沙家店粮站》根据柳青小说《铜墙铁壁》改编。
故事背景：1947年春天，蒋介石匪帮调动了数十万兵力疯狂地进犯陕甘宁边区。当时，边区的军民在毛主席和党中央的领导下，主动撤出延安，屡次给疯狂的敌人以沉重的打击。7月间，我军为了诱敌北进，猛扑榆林城。这时保证数万野战军的粮食供应，便成为陕北人民争取胜利的主要任务。。女排猎鹰队的小面包车抛锚后，她们困在了前不着村、后不着店的地方。殊不知落到了原始猎人的领地，而且追捕即刻开始。漫漫长夜就此展开，这一晚她们疲于奔命，团队精神也经受着考验。但是，女孩们远比看起来更加足智多谋。在森林中心，翻盘在即……。An intimate portrait of the energetic and beautifully eccentric Chicago-based artists Jackie Seiden and Don Seiden, married for five decades.
