导演关锦鹏在最新采访中透露，他正与《蓝宇》编剧魏绍恩创作新片剧本，他们觉得片名应该叫《蓝宇2.0》，“也是一个同志爱情故事，不过是中老年版本。我们年纪大了，关注的更多的是生老病死的话题。” 演员方面接洽了张孝全，顺利的话今年下半年开始筹备，明年正式开机。。本美术片为剪纸片，改编自左文同名童话。
