这天，江烁不听同伴秦一恒的劝阻，执意买下一栋异常便宜的小洋楼，误打误撞发现凶宅中藏着一个神秘墓室，并在其中遇到一个“女小鬼”。于是开始发生各种离奇的凶杀、阴邪、诡异事件……。
