Follow "bad" home cooks as they overcoming a series of high-pressure culinary challenges to help triumph over their inability to cook. Lead by top Food Network chefs the two who make it to the end will have to prepare a three-course, restaurant-quality meal for a panel of food critics who think they are tasting dishes prepared by top-chefs.。The story follows an 18 year old working class lad who has his motorcycle stolen the day he buys it. He seeks the help of his scoundrel friends and notorious older brother to track it down before it’s gone forever. There is a strong moral theme examining the culture of the period, peer pressures and difficult individual choices.。向荣（江熚生饰）自小有阴阳眼，面对着朋友及同辈的排侪，他长大之后选择移居加拿大生活。一日，向荣收到妈妈（白灵饰）自杀不粹的消息，被迫回到香港的旧居，发现大厦内同层的邻居都表现怪异，当中包括太保同谭玉瑛饰演的老夫妇，每到半夜，楼上总会传出怪声，迫使向荣到楼上看过究竟，却发生一连串疑幻疑真的怪事。。
