本片讲述了行侠仗义的男主叶卓铲奸除恶，在捣毁恶势力团伙黑龙帮后远渡重洋，于唐人街破灭三合会与太阳公司的“机芯武士”计划，同时摧毁了恶势力背后巨大阴谋的一系列传奇故事。。所谓凶宅，就是里面曾经有人横死过的房子。传说这样死去的人因为阳寿并没有过完，所以会死得很不甘心。而“凶宅先生”江烁就是通过低价购入凶宅，然后将凶宅进行驱邪辟秽，转手再把房子高价卖出。
