为提高《小戏骨》的演出质量，节目组始终怀着向老艺术家致敬的心态认真学习，努力让小演员在形似的同时做到神似。开拍前，他们会跟小演员反复讲剧情背景，讲现实意义。拍《小戏骨：焦裕禄》这出戏时，一些小孩子会觉得“我生活这么好为什么还要学焦裕禄？”节目组就会耐心地引导小演员：每个人都应该去关爱社会、关爱人民，奉献精神永不过时。。“What is a woman to do in the current dating climate?
