天狼鼠在宇宙大爆炸作用下变成了一块能量陨石跟随到了六福星球，后与黑精鼠合体后变成了基因怪兽，能力大增，他将太空熊猫分身解体。
大家为了挽救太空熊猫的五个分身，一起穿越时空，跨越金木水火土五个空间，大战黑精鼠和五大鼠王，最终获得胜利，告别基因宝贝六福星返回熊猫星球。。
