起因：主角宁涛是山城医科大学四年级学生，阳光乐观。被修真者陈平道挖坑——将“天外诊所”转送给了主角。意外成为善恶中间人，开启主角的修真之旅。。Paul (Greg Hovanessian) and Rob (Dempsey Bryk) come from different backgrounds.
