古意（陈松勇 饰）、郭天和明郎（江宏恩 饰）三人是情同手足的死党，彼此之间关系十分要好。然而，明郎误入歧途和黑道产生了瓜葛，身为警察的古意和郭天不得不同昔日好友兵戎相见。走投无路之际，明郎将自己刚刚出世的孩子托付给了古意照顾，之后跌落了山崖。
