《让生活好看》是一档生活观察类真人秀节目，第二季将视角聚焦于各年龄层的单身女性，通过呈现多样她们真实、独立、各样的生活和工作，展现现代女性对于人生多元的态度和表达。。贤秀（申世京）是做整容医生的母亲尹熙（道智苑）的掌上明珠，她虽对整形手术没有一点兴趣，一同在美术学院读书的好朋友却都热衷通过人工再造让自己变得更美丽，然而她们在被尹熙在手术台上改造过后，先后离奇地惨死，一时间贤秀和母亲陷入恐慌中。最好的朋友盛恩（安圭莲）完好无损，成为贤秀最大的安慰。
