任职于西东京综合医院脑神经外科医的橘志帆（吉田羊饰），由于在手术中看见幻觉，而决意辞去工作但却被东光大学医院院长、自己的恩师北富昌幸（高桥克典饰）说动，而转往东光大学医院解析诊断部任职。志帆拥有“拯救患者”的热枕，但却也因为有强烈的正义感而不时爆走，与自己部门的女性医师们产生了许多的摩擦，但也解明了许多原因不明的病症。。花咲舞（杏饰）个性直率、古道热肠，对于上司的错误也能直言不讳。她隶属于“稽查班”，与上司相马健（上川隆也饰）组成搭档，专门到发生问题或丑闻的分行解决各种问题。虽然两人既没地位、也没权力，但是一旦发现各种不公不义，却能挺身而出保护弱小，甚至不惜与银行内部恶势力较量。而在某次机会下，银行员松木启介（成宫宽贵饰）与花咲舞合作，不禁对善良热血的她产生爱意。。Tired of country life, Anna leaves military school and her home to live in exciting Prague where she finds herself confused by the behavior of her hip new friends.
